Guidelines for Presenters

To ensure smooth and well-organized sessions during the Net-Zero Future Conference 2026, please note the following:

  • Please arrive at your assigned session room before the session starts and report to the Session Chair.
  • We recommend using the provided NZF 2026 presentation template to ensure a consistent appearance throughout the conference.
  • Please prepare your presentation in PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF format.
  • Presentations must be submitted at the Front Desk / Conference Reception on the 3rd floor prior to your session. The conference team will transfer the presentations to the respective session rooms.
  • Please submit your presentation sufficiently in advance to allow time for a brief technical check.
  • Each presentation slot is 15 minutes in total:
    • 12 minutes presentation
    • 3 minutes Q&A
  • Please strictly adhere to the allocated presentation time. The Session Chair will provide a 3-minute and 1-minute warning towards the end of your presentation.
  • If your presentation includes videos, animations, special fonts, or other embedded media, please inform the conference team when submitting your file to ensure compatibility.
  • We encourage presenters to attend the entire session and participate in the discussion of the other contributions.
  • If you are unexpectedly unable to give your presentation, please inform the conference team as early as possible.

Thank you for your cooperation and for contributing to a smooth and engaging Net-Zero Future Conference 2026.
