Publishing Agreement
A signed license to publish Proceedings Papers for each accepted paper is required to finalize the publication process. The authors are responsible for obtaining and providing permission from the relevant copyright holders for any figures or materials that require such permission. Failure to secure and document these permissions may result in the paper being excluded from consideration for publication by Springer.

Detailed instructions on the fields that need to be filled out
1. In the following box, please list all author’s full names, including the corresponding author’s name.
[Names + Addresses of all co-authors of the chapter, including the corresponding author (where possible with ORCID)]
2. In the “Name of the Corresponding Author” field, please enter the corresponding author’s name.

3. In section 2.1, “Title of the Contribution” field, please enter the chapter’s name.

4. In the “Signature of Corresponding Author” field, the corresponding author should sign (you can either e-sign or attach a scanned signature).
5. Under “Name of Author” please enter the corresponding author’s name.

6. In the “Date” field, please enter the date when the form is filled and signed.
7. Kindly also fill in the address and email of the corresponding author in the respective fields.
