Abstract and Full Paper Submission

There are two submission routes available for the Net-Zero Future 2025 Conference:
1

Abstract Submission (without Full Paper) with Oral Presentation

Authors may submit abstracts of up to 300 words for consideration, with the possibility of being selected for oral presentation at the conference. We kindly ask authors to use the conference online submission tool.
2

Abstract and Full Paper Submission with Oral Presentation

Authors are provided with the opportunity to submit abstracts, which will be complemented by full papers for presentation and subsequent publication. It is important to note that all accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
To commence the submission process, we kindly request authors to initially submit abstracts comprising up to 300 words within the designated deadline through the conference online submission tool. Subsequently, upon approval of the abstract, authors are encouraged to submit their full papers using the same online tool. These manuscripts must encompass original content and adhere to the conference’s specified full-paper template. Each paper consists of a minimum of six and a maximum of 12 pages, including figures and references.
Review Process: The Net-Zero Future 2025 conference takes great care in its review process to provide constructive feedback to authors. All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review by experts with substantial experience in the related field. Accepted papers must be revised, considering the referees’ comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceeding.
